Due to the nature of our business and products, we do not offer refunds for orders once they have been shipped. - Resolution: Upon verification of the issue, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
- A store credit for the value of the damaged or defective product.
- A refund for the value of the damaged or defective product, at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing support@liveecokart.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Non-Refundable Items

Return Process
For eligible returns, please follow these steps:
